Description

This beer, the first to come out of a collaboration between the 4 microbreweries (Brasseux d’la Côte, Houblon Pècheur, Fils du Roy and Retro) and with the only women’s mountain bike club in the region, is created from 100% grain from local farmers and malted entirely at the new malting plant in Petit-Paquetville.
The “Sirène” is inspired by the style of Vienna lager which is a bottom-fermented beer brewed mainly in Austria using roasted Vienna-type malt. Its color is amber but very clear, its fine and compact foam and its moderate alcohol content. It is similar to märzen or oktoberfestbier type beer. An ideal beer after a mountain bike ride. For each can sold, a royalty will be given to the cycling club to promote this sport.
